Angela M. Leon

Angela M. Leon, 40, of Parsons, passed away on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at her home.

Angela Marie Leon was born on September 11, 1986, to John David and Christina Marie (Leon) Jenkins, Jr., in Parsons. She grew up and attended school in Parsons, graduating from Parsons High School.

She was a devoted and loving mother to her children that were the center of her life. Besides caring for her family, Angela enjoyed working in her yard and garden. She was very loved and will be greatly missed by her family.

Survivors include:

Three sons – Julian Leon (Blake) of Parsons, Kansas

Wesley Caldwell (Vanessa) of Parsons, Kansas

Landen Johnson of Parsons, Kansas

One daughter – Kalli Caldwell of Parsons, Kansas

Her parents – John and Christina Jenkins of Parsons, Kansas

One brother – John David Jenkins, III (Miranda) of Parsons, Kansas

Three dear nephews – Logan, Zakary, and Jace Jenkins

Her paternal grandfather – John David Jenkins, Sr. (Glenna)

Three uncles – Freddie Leon, Scott Jenkins, and Sean Jenkins (Dixie)

Three aunts – Julia Leon, Tonya Dominguez (Fermin), and Dana Parsons (John)

Numerous cousins

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Alfred and Marie Leon; her paternal grandmother, Jackie Jenkins; and her aunt, Sherri Riggs.

There will be a Celebration of Life from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., Saturday, October 3, 2026, at the Best Western Conference Room, 101 Main, Parsons.  Friends are welcome to come and share memories of Angela.
