Barbara J. Lieberman

Barbara J. Lieberman, 77, of Parsons, passed away at 4:15 p.m., Friday, April 9, 2021, at her home.

Barbara Jane Miles was born on July 7, 1943, to Arlie Kathy and Alta Mary (Ramsey) Miles in Parsons, Kansas. As a young girl, she grew up and attended schools in Parsons and Altamont.

For many years, Barbara worked as a Certified Nurse's Aide in various nursing homes in Parsons, California and for two years in Guam. Besides spending time with her family, one of her favorite past times was studying genealogy.

In 1984, Barbara and Donald A. Lieberman, II, were united in marriage. He survives of the home.

Her husband – Donald A. Lieberman, II, of the home

One son – LeRoy Myers of Parsons, Kansas

One daughter – Robin Lieberman of Parsons, Kansas

One step-daughter – Mandi Lieberman of Illinois

Four grandchildren – Billie Jo Wertz, Jesse Myers, Terena Barkley and Matt Myers

Several great-grandchildren

Half-sister – Barbara Powell of Arizona

She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Michael Myers; three daughters, Betty Jean Myers, Tonya Lynn Myers, Tina Marie Myers

No service is planned. Cremation is under the direction of the Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home of Parsons.
