Brandon Hardwick, 39, of Parsons, passed away on Monday, November 27, 2023, at his home.

Brandon Allen Hardwick was born on March 29, 1984, to Carvin Allen and Beverly Ann (Jones) Hardwick in Houston, Texas.

Over the years, Brandon installed and built tanks.  He was a member of the Boilermakers Union for 15 years and at the time of his retirement from the industry, he was the highest grossing boilermaker in the United States.

Family was everything to Brandon.  He was always available to help his family, giving him the reputation as the best uncle, brother and step-dad.

Survivors include:

His mother – Beverly Hardwick of West Mineral, Kansas

Two brothers – Justin Hardwick of West Mineral, Kansas

Adam Hardwick of Salina, Kansas

One sister – Ashley Hardwick Kessler and her husband, Dave, of Oswego, Kansas

Numerous nieces and nephews

His fiancé – Renee Johnston and their children, Benjamin and Nickolette, of Parsons, Kansas

He was preceded in death by his father, Carvin Hardwick, in 2011; one brother, Erik, in 2015; his aunt, Cindi Birchard; and his cousin, Dale Mark Birchard.

No service has been planned at this time.  Cremation is under the direction of the Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home of Parsons.

Memorials are suggested to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.  These may be left at or mailed to Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home, P.O. Box 374, Parsons, KS  67357.
