Christopher C. Alvarado, II, 50, of Parsons, passed away Sunday evening from injuries received in an automobile accident in Nowata County, Oklahoma.
Christopher Charles Alvarado, II was born February 23, 1971 in Belleville, Illinois to Chris Eugene and Deborah Sue Alvarado. He grew up and attended school in Ferguson, Missouri and graduated from McCluer High School in 1989. In the early 1990s, Christopher served his country in the United States Air Force. For the past five years, he drove a cement mixer truck for O' Brien Ready Mix in Parsons, where he was still employed. Christopher loved being with his family and especially his grandkids. He also enjoyed helping others, fishing and playing games on his phone. One of his favorite pastimes was scratch-off lottery tickets. He was raised as a Catholic.
Christopher was united in marriage to Koletta J. Schartz on May 24, 1997 in Phoenix, Arizona.

His Parents: Chris and Deborah Alvarado – High Ridge, Missouri
One Brother: Andrew (Teresa) Alvarado – High Ridge, Missouri
Two Sisters: Victoria (Mark) Schaefer – Wildwood, Missouri
Angela (John) Miller – Saint Charles, Missouri
Several Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
There will be a Celebration of Life and a get-together at 6:00 p.m., Friday, May 7, 2021, at the family home.
