Clara "Clare" Van Leeuwen-Frederick, of Kansas City, Missouri, formerly of St. Paul, Kansas, died Wednesday, April 17, 2013, in Kansas City.
She was born June 26, 1938, in St. Paul, Kansas, to Anthony and Eugenia (Smith) Van Leeuwen.

Her Husband – Charles Edward Frederick of the home
Brothers – Rod Van Leeuwen and wife, Twila Hot Springs Village, AR
Ben Van Leeuwen Bloomington, IN
Fr. Joe Van Leeuwen, C.P. Cochin, India
Sister-in-law – Lynne Van Leeuwen Uniontown, KS
Numerous Nieces and Nephews
She was preceded in death by her brother, Joe Van Leeuwen.
A memorial Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, June 8, 2013, at St. Francis Catholic Church in St. Paul. Burial will be at St. Francis Cemetery. The rosary will be prayed at 7:00 p.m., Friday, at the church. The family will receive friends immediately following the rosary in Parish Hall.
