Clifford L. "Cliff" Bonine, 75, of rural Parsons, passed away at 9:05 a.m., Tuesday, June 15, 2021, at his son's home in rural Galesburg.
He was born on February 18, 1946, to Clifford Lee and Ida Nona (Pierce) Bonine in Parsons. As a young boy, he grew up and attended schools in the rural Parsons area, including Galesburg and South Mound grade schools. He graduated from Parsons High School.
Cliff worked at Swifts Poultry and also the Parsons Stockyards. For many years, he worked at TecTank in the paint department until his retirement in 2007.
He enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed doing puzzles.
On February 11, 1972, Cliff and Judy A. Beard were united in marriage in Miami, Oklahoma. She survives of the home.

Three grandchildren – Caitlynn Secrest and her husband, Shane, Jr.; Justen Bonine and his fiancé, Kimberly; and Kelsea Bonine
Three great-grandchildren – Nataleigh, Shaelynn and Shane, III
Three sisters – Beatrice Frevele of Chicopee, Kansas
Olive Mary Frevele of Tonganoxie, Kansas
Margaret Bradford of Pittsburg, Kansas
He was preceded in death by his parents and four brothers.
There will be a graveside service at 2:00 p.m., Monday, June 21, 2021 at East Hill Cemetery in Erie. The family will receive friends from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., Sunday, at the Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Parsons.
