Cozetta Ray (Porter) Campbell, 60, passed away Sunday, August 2, 2026, at her home in Parsons, KS.
She was born in Pawnee, OK, on August 17th, 1965.
Cozetta was an award-winning quilter. She sold quilts all over the United States and even sold some to other countries. In her spare time, she enjoyed the great outdoors. She could be found riding her horses, fishing, camping or just enjoying nature’s beauty.
She leaves behind her three children, a son, John Campbell of Parsons, KS, and two bonus children, Leroy Thomas, of Parsons, KS and Amber Bratten of Chanute, KS, her companion Eddie Dixon of Parsons, KS, father, Kenneth Porter of Ralston, OK and the nieces and nephews she absolutely adored, Shelby, Amy, James, Sophia, William, Lane, Lad, Landon and Levi.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Faye Ann (Mayo) Porter, of Fairfax, OK, and two great nieces, Aubrey Rae and Delilah Ann, who passed away at birth.
Cremation was chosen and is under the direction of Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home of Parsons. No funeral service or celebration of life will be held at Cozetta’s request. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to a Ronald McDonald’s House of your choice. These may be left at or mailed to Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home, P.O. Box 374, Parsons, KS 67357.
