Danielle D. Segraves, 30, of Parsons, passed away at 2:01 p.m., Monday, May 9, 2016 in the Emergency Room at Labette Health.
She was born January 10, 1986 in Parsons, Kansas to Mark A. and Cathy L. (Andrews) Fitzgerald. She grew up and attended schools in Altamont and was a 2004 graduate of Labette County High School. She then attended Labette Community College in Parsons.
Through the years, Danielle had worked at various nursing homes, hospitals, and hospices as a certified nurse assistant. Prior to her diagnosis of osteosarcoma, she attended Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in Orlando, Florida.
Her family was her passion. Danielle especially delighted in planning her boys' birthday parties. She was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and enjoyed cooking and crafts.
She and Shane V. Segraves were married June 21, 2008 in Weeki Wachee, Florida. He survives of the home.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Harold Fitzgerald; and her maternal grandfather, Florian Andrews.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, May 13, 2016 at the Galesburg Christian Church. Burial will be at Mt. Hope Cemetery near Galesburg. The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 p.m., Thursday, at the Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Parsons.
