Deann J. Reed

DeAnn J. Reed, 59, of Parsons, passed away at 3:36 a.m., Tuesday, January 4, 2022, at her home.

She was born on June 19, 1962, to Walter Dean Reed and Janet Louise Thompson in Farmington, New Mexico.  For the past 30 years, DeAnn has made Parsons her home.  As a girl, she was baptized into the Episcopalian faith while living in Liberal, Kansas.  She enjoyed living life to the fullest and making many friends.

She is survived by her mother and step-father, Janet Colton and Robert Colton and one sister, Katharine Nabrovskis, all of Colorado.

There will be a memorial service for DeAnn at 10:00 a.m., Friday, January 14, 2022, at the Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Parsons.

Memorials are suggested to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.  These can be left at or mailed to Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home, P.O. Box 374, Parsons, KS  67357.
