Elizabeth J. Boyer, 60, of Parsons, died at 9:53 a.m., Sunday, September 7, 2008, at Labette Health.
She was born June 13, 1948, in Wichita, Kansas, to Gilbert Wayne and Mary Frances (Morris) Boyer.
She earned her Associate degree from Labette Community College in Parsons. Through the years, she worked as a secretary for ETS (Educational Testing Service), a company that designs SAT college entrance exams.
SURVIVORS:
One Son - James Jason Cook and his wife, Christina Bordentown, NJ
Three Grandchildren – Alex Cook, Sammie Cook & Tina Cook
Three Brothers – James Catt Wichita, KS
Carl Catt Kansas City, MO
Victor Boyer Bordentown, NJ
One Sister – Patricia Wilson Rockford, IL
She was preceded in death by her parents.
A private memorial service will be held by the family at a future date. The Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
