Elizabeth A. Hall, 61, of Parsons, died at 8:15 p.m., Wednesday, January 5, 2011, at Labette Health in Parsons. She had been in failing health.
She was born August 28, 1949, in Parsons, Kansas, to John and Harriett (Blake) Hurley. As a young girl, she grew up in Parsons and attended elementary school in Galesburg. She later attended Parsons High School.
She and Dale E. Hall were married August 7, 1970, in Parsons. Following marriage, she and her husband drove a semi-truck for 12 years. She later worked at the Parsons State Hospital and Training Center as an aide for 15 years before becoming disabled due to ill health.
She enjoyed spending time with her children and shopping.

Husband – Dale Hall of the home, Parsons, KS
Five Children – Christopher, Scott, Benjamin, Armistic and Kandy Hall, all of the home
Mother – Harriett Blue Dallas, TX
Two Brothers – Raymond Griggs Dallas, TX
Mike Griggs Parsons, KS
She was preceded in death by her father, John Hurley; and one sister, Teresa Griggs.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Monday, January 10, 2011, at Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Parsons. Burial will be in Springhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4-5:00 p.m., Sunday, at the funeral home.
