Florence C. Lawson, 82, of Oswego, passed away at 12:20 p.m., Wednesday, May 2, 2007, at Infinia Health Care at Oswego, following a lengthy illness.
She was born July 14, 1924, in North Dakota, to Henry and Florence Byerl (Skiles) Bush.
On July 20, 1979, she and Charles T. Lawson were married. He survives of the home.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Clarence "Red" Bush, Don Bush and Harold Bush; an infant granddaughter, Shannon Best; and two infant great-grandsons, Blake Alexander Davis-Lawson and Keles Lawson.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2:30 p.m., Monday, May 7, 2007, at the Bath-Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Chetopa. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until service time on Monday, May 7, 2007, at the funeral home.
