Freddy L. Seaman, Jr., 64, of Chetopa, died at 9:04 a.m., Monday, September 30, 2013 at Chetopa Manor.
He was born March 14, 1949 in Miami, Oklahoma to Freddie L. and Erma J. (Oney) Seaman.
He attended Chetopa Community Bible Church. He loved his paper and pencil. His favorite shows were Big Valley, The Lone Ranger, The Three Stooges and Lassie.
Survivors include:
Mother – Erma Guinn and husband, Howard of the home
One Brother – Ron Seaman Chetopa, KS
Two Stepbrothers – Floyd Guinn Parsons, KS
David Guinn Chetopa, KS
Two Stepsisters – Barbara Rexwinkle Chetopa, KS
Florence Curtis Joplin, MO
Numerous nephews, nieces and cousins
He was preceded in death by his father and stepsister, Virginia Moses.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, October 3, 2013 at the Bath-Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Chetopa. Burial will be in Welch Cemetery in Welch, Oklahoma. The family will receive friends from 6-7:00 p.m., Wednesday, at the funeral home.
Memorials are suggested to the Chetopa Community Bible Church. These may be left at or mailed to Bath-Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home, P.O. Box 346, Chetopa, KS 67336.
