She was born March 2, 1966 in Everett, Washington to Lawrence and Elaine (Williams) Walker. She grew up and attended schools in Everett. She had lived in Kansas City, Kansas for 12 years before recently moving to Parsons.
She was self-employed in wholesale electronic sales.
