Gerard Adam Myers, three day old infant son of Adam D. and Kayan M. (Nash) Myers of Altamont passed away at 10:20 p.m., Saturday, January 31, 2015 at Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri.
He was born January 28, 2015 at Children's Mercy Hospital.
In addition to his parents, survivors include:
One Brother – Corbin Myers, of the home, Altamont, KS
Paternal Grandparents – Brad Myers and wife, Stephanie Altamont, KS
Kelli Martin and husband, Mark Parsons, KS
Maternal Grandparents – Larry and Lori Nash Parsons, KS
Paternal Great-Grandparents – Larry and Judy Myers Altamont, KS
Maternal Great-Grandparents – Bettie Nash Altamont, KS
Carl and Louise Yockey Parsons, KS
Numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins
He was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandfather, Albert Nash; and paternal great-grandmother, Lois Duncan.
The funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Parsons. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Parsons. The rosary will be prayed at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, at the Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Parsons. The family will receive friends following the rosary at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, at the funeral home.
Memorials are suggested to St. Patrick's Catholic Church. These may be left at or mailed to Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home, P.O. Box 374, Parsons, KS 67357.
