Isaiah Neel, infant son of William "Bill" Neel and Wendy (George) Russell of Chetopa, died at 8:02 a.m., Tuesday, April 17, 2012, at the Via Christi St. Joseph Campus in Wichita.
In addition to his parents, survivors include:
Paternal Grandparents – William Neel, III San Francisco, CA
Sharen Neel Bentonville, AR
Maternal Grandparents – Rebecca George of Oswego, KS and the late Ronald George
Two Brothers – Nicholas Neel and Jesse Russell Chetopa, KS
One Sister – Jordan Kathleen Russell Oswego, KS
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, April 20, 2012 at Sherman Cemetery under the direction of Bath-Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Chetopa.
