James Lee Powers, 51, of Parsons, passed away at 7:45 p.m., Saturday, November 12, 2016 at Oswego Health and Rehab. Survivors include his parents, James J. and Rachel J. (Hudspeth) Powers, of Estero, Florida.
Private burial will be at Ft. Scott National Cemetery under the direction of the Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Parsons.
