Jeremy D. Gamblian, 22, of Parsons, died at 11:49 p.m., October 14, 2006 in the emergency room at the Labette County Medical Center in Parsons.
He was born October 7, 1984 in Parsons to Debra L. Gamblian. He grew up in Parsons where he attended Lincoln Elementary School, Parsons Middle School and graduated from Parsons High School in 2003. Following high school graduation, he attended Ft. Scott Community College where he played football. As a student, he had participated in power lifting, track and wrestling. He enjoyed playing wiffleball, fishing and spending time with his friends. He was presently employed by JRB Industries in Parsons.
He had attended the Church of the Nazarene in Parsons.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Debra Gamblian on July 8, 2004; two grandfathers, Richard "Tiny" Dickens and Jim Gamblian; and a step-grandmother, Lavita Gamblian.
Funeral services are scheduled for 10:30 a.m., Saturday, October 21, 2006 at the Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Parsons. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7:00 – 8:00 p.m., Friday, October 20, 2006 at the Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home.
