Judy L. Manues

Judy L. Manues, 47, of Parsons, died unexpectedly at her home on Sunday, May 1, 2011. Her fiancee was with her when she passed away.

She was born February 21, 1964 at El Centro, California to Lynwood A. and Junella F. (Mitchell) Manues. As a young girl, she moved with her family to Arizona & Arkansas where she attended school. During her high school years, she moved to Parsons where she graduated from Parsons High School. She was a cheerleader during high school. She also attended Labette Community College for a time.

Judy loved children and enjoyed decorating for the various holidays, especially Christmas.

Three Grandchildren: Gavynn Larson, Grant Ramirez and Kaison McRay
Mother: Junella Manues – Parsons, KS
Fiancee: Patrick Furrow - of the home
Two Brothers: Rickey Manues – Parsons, KS
Barton Manues – Parsons, KS

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, May 6, 2011 at the Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home. Following the service, the body will be cremated. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m., Thursday.
