Kimberly J. "Kim" Noble, 58, of Chetopa, passed away the morning of Friday, October 23, 2020, at her home.

Kimberly Jane Armstrong was born on October 22, 1962, to Ronnie and Nancy (Davis) Armstrong in Joplin, Missouri. She grew up and attended school in Chetopa. In 1980, she graduated from Chetopa High School, where she had been active in cheer. Following high school, Kim earned her LPN certificate from Franklin Technology Center.

The most rewarding thing in life for Kim was helping other people. For 26 years, she worked as an LPN at the Chetopa Manor. Most recently she was a nurse for Dr. Bortmes in Oswego.

Her greatest joy came from spending time with her children and grandchildren. She also loved watching the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Survivors include:

Four sons – Josh Noble of Chetopa, Kansas

Jeremy Noble of Skiatook, Oklahoma

Jake Noble of Mound Valley, Kansas

Judd Noble and his wife, Kourtni, of Chetopa, Kansas

Daughter-in-law – Ashley Noble of Independence, Kansas

Nine grandchildren – Tayte, Lance, Lainey, Ricky, Riley, Ryan, Bailey, Quintin, and Trinity

Her mothers – Nancy Armstrong and Sue Jeffries of Chetopa, Kansas

Her longtime companion – Bill Hafley, of Mound Valley, Kansas

Two brothers – Barry Armstrong of Welch, Oklahoma

Allen Armstrong of Welch, Oklahoma

One sister – Rhonda Davenport

She was preceded in death by her father and an infant son, Jordan Lee Noble.

The funeral service will be10:00 a.m., Friday, October 30, 2020, at Community Bible Church in Chetopa. Burial will take place at Lake Creek Cemetery in Bartlett. Friends may call from 1 – 8:00 p.m., Thursday, at the Bath-Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Chetopa. The funeral service can be viewed live on the Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home Facebook page. For all events, social distancing guidelines will be followed, including the requirement of face masks.
