Lillian A. Boecker, 83, of rural Parsons, died at 5:45 a.m., Monday, June 11, 2007, at Labette Health in Parsons.
She was born November 13, 1923, in McAllen, Texas to Frank V. and Mary Ellen (Prohaska) Krska. As a young girl, she grew up and attended school in McAllen, Texas.
She and William E. Boecker were married in Edinburg, Texas, on February 19, 1952. In 1955, they moved to Parsons where they have lived since. She worked at Labette County Medical Center from 1968 until her retirement in 1985.
She enjoyed knitting, crocheting and playing the piano.

Private graveside services were held under the direction of Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Parsons.
