Linda D. Sharp

Linda D. Sharp, 56, of Parsons, passed away at 10:10 a.m., Friday, January 1, 2016 at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas.

She was born October 21, 1959 in Wichita, Kansas to Raymond Joseph and Shirley (Carrell) Sharp. As a young girl, Linda grew up in Parsons where she attended school.

Through the years, she had worked at The Broderick Company and most recently The Flesh Company in Parsons. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Parsons. Linda enjoyed animals, reading, collecting elephants and dolls, and playing and calling Bingo at Belmont Towers.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, January 6, 2016 at the Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Parsons. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery near Erie. The family will receive friends from 7-8:00 p.m., Tuesday, at the funeral home.
