Linda Lou (Walker) Wittner went home on December 10, 2022. Linda was born on May 21, 1940, to Woodford Walker and Beulah Chaney Walker at Altamont, Kansas. Linda was number 12 out of 14 children. She was welcomed home by her parents, twelve siblings, and the love of her life, Charlie. Linda and Charlie were united in marriage in 1967, and enjoyed 13 wonderful years of marriage before he passed away in 1980.
She is survived by one sister, Judy Wilson, of Chetopa, Kansas, and many, many nieces and nephews.
The graveside service is at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, December 15, 2022, at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Altamont.
Memorials are suggested to Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice or the Oswego Health and Rehab Activity Fund. These may be left at or mailed to Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home, P.O. Box 374, Parsons, KS 67357.
