Lorene Ann Kellogg, 44, of Afton, Oklahoma, formerly of Parsons, Kansas, died at 2:38 p.m., Thursday, August 30, 2012, at her home. She had been in failing health.
She was born July 29, 1968, in Parsons, Kansas, to Robert Clair and Audrey Louise (Curnutte) Kellogg. She attended Parsons schools.
In earlier years she worked at Grandview Products in Parsons and as a certified nurse's aide in Indiana and Grove, Oklahoma. She most recently had worked as a lead person at Gander Mountain in Lebanon, Indiana.
She attended Grand Lake Baptist Church in Grove, Oklahoma. She loved Grand Lake where she especially enjoyed swimming and having morning coffee by the lake. She enjoyed yard sales, bonfires and dressing up. She also enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and her dog, Freckles.

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Kellogg, on April 12, 2009.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 4, 2012, at Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Parsons. Burial will be in Labette City Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7-8:00 p.m., Monday, at the funeral home.
