Lyntha L. (Craig) Henderson, 58, of Parsons, died at 12:50 a.m., Saturday, February 5, 2011, at Labette Health.


She was born May 25, 1952, in Hutchinson, Kansas, to Frederick and Carolyn (King) Craig.

She worked as a juvenile advocate for the Juvenile Justice System in El Dorado fifteen years, as a waitress in various restaurants, and in the deli at Country Mart in Parsons. She also was a tattoo artist and did body piercing.

She had lived in Parsons the past 5 ½ years. Her hobbies included fishing and playing bingo.

She and Anthony Henderson were married. They later divorced.

Following cremation, visitation will be held from 7-8:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 9, 2011, at the Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Parsons.
