Ada Marene (Gaddis) Maness, 73, of Parsons, died Friday, March 2, 2007, at her home. She had been in failing health, but her death was unexpected.
She was born March 24, 1933 in Parsons to Elmer B. and Alice Rosemond (Tillman) Gaddis. She grew up and attended schools in Parsons. For a time, she lived in Wichita, Kansas, and Houston, Texas, before returning to Parsons in 1995 where she had lived since.
She and Howard Reeves were married. They later divorced. She and Maurice Maness were married. He preceded her in death in 1972.
She was an artist and graphic designer.

Following cremation, a graveside service is scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Saturday, March 31, 2007, at Oakwood Cemetery in Parsons.
