Marinda L. Bullock, 95, of Chetopa, died at 4:55 p.m., Friday, September 24, 2010, at Chetopa Manor Nursing Home.
She was born May 31, 1915, in Oswego, Kansas, to George and Ellen (Marion) Jackson. She grew up and attended schools in Oswego where she graduated from high school.
She was a member of the Mason Chapel Church in Oswego, American Legion Unit No. 61 Auxiliary, and the Eight and Forty Crawford County Salon No. 524 in Pittsburg. She enjoyed knitting, sewing, and playing the piano.

Numerous Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren and Great-Great-Grandchildren
One Brother – Virgil Joe Parks Omaha, NE
Two Sisters – Dorothy Nellum Omaha, NE
Katherine Collins Omaha, NE
She was preceded in death by four brothers, four sisters, three sons, one granddaughter and one grandson.
The family will hold private memorial services at a later date. The Bath-Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Chetopa is in charge of arrangements.
