Mary Stewart Giguere, 95, of Jasper, Missouri, passed away at 3:28 a.m., Monday, June 29, 2020, at her home.
Mary Constance Scheidt was born on July 15, 1924, to Leo and Lucille (Hall) Scheidts in Parsons, Kansas. As a young girl, she grew up and attended school in the Parsons area. She graduated from Labette County Community High School in 1942.
Following high school, she worked at the Kansas Army Ammunition Plant. In 1965, Mary moved to Florida and worked for McGregor-Warner Aerospace Company at the Kennedy Space Center. In 2009, she moved to Jasper, Missouri, where she had lived since. She enjoyed any outdoor gardening activity, especially tending her flower garden.
On June 16, 1987, Mary and William R. "Bill" Giguere were married in Virginia. He survives of the home.

One daughter – Nancy Heller of Cocoa Beach, Florida
Five grandchildren – Ryan Detwiler, Aften Detwiler-Lee, Michael King, Desiree King, and Breeanna Elliott
Five great-grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Ronald Stewart, who passed away in January 1975; one daughter, Patricia Stewart King, who passed away December 2010; and one brother, Tom Scheidts, who passed away December 1970.
There will be a graveside service at 11:00 a.m., Friday, July 3, 2020, at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, north of Parsons.
