Mary J. Wright, 80, of Pittsburg, formerly of Walnut, died at 1:58 p.m., Saturday, September 9, 2006 at Cornerstone Village in Pittsburg.
She was born April 17, 1926 to Frank L. and Ida J. (Simerson) Honbarrier in Yadkin, North Carolina. She grew up and attended schools in that same area.
She married Edward L. Wright. Through the years, they lived in several cities while he was serving in the military. In 1980, they made their home in Walnut. He preceded her in death on March 14, 1997.
She was an avid seamstress, enjoyed quilting and spending time with her cats. She also attended St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Walnut.

One Daughter - Stephanie Lane Dallas, Texas
