Michael Scott "Mike" Walton, 48, of Gore, Oklahoma, formerly of Oswego, Kansas, died at 1:35 a.m., Wednesday, December 15, 2010, at Sequoyah Memorial Hospital in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. He had been in his usual health and death was unexpected.
He was born October 27, 1962, in Newton, Kansas, to William James and Lillian Louean (Kincannon) Walton.
He was an oil marketer for Star Fuel and a Lutheran. He was involved in various community activities including serving as President of the Labette County Fair Board and President of the 2010 OPMCA, and a member of Adams Lodge #63. He loved spending time on Grand Lake in his boat, "Big Red", riding motorcycles, traveling in his R.V., and giving rides to his dog, Edith. He especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and telling funny stories with his friends.
He and Debi Faye Randolph were married June 27, 2003, in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. She survives of the home.

Tim Randolph and wife, Sharon
His faithful Jack Russell terrier, Edith
He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m., Saturday, December 18, 2010, at the Oswego Community Center. Burial will be in Oswego Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 p.m., Friday, at the Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Parsons.
