Pat Yeoman, Sr., 76, of Cherryvale, passed away at 8:22 a.m., Monday, July 10, 2017 in the Emergency Room at Wilson Medical Center in Neodesha.
He was born September 16, 1940 in Vinita, Oklahoma to Gerald J. and Marjorie R. (Sloan) Yeoman. He grew up in Parsons where he attended Parsons High School.
In early years, Pat worked at Parsons Cold Storage and operated a body shop. He also worked at Dreamer Campers in Oswego before being transferred to Virginia where he continued working in the camper industry. He then returned to Parsons where he operated the American Legion, the Blue Lounge, and the Midnight Factory. For the past 45 years, Pat owned and operated Yeoman Hauling.
As a child, he attended the Church of God with his grandmother who helped raise him. He was very devoted to his family and business. Pat always enjoyed having the annual family campout at the lake and teaching all of the young ones how to start a fire pit Indian-style. He loved riding motorcycles with his friends and was instrumental in starting the Three Sixes motorcycle club. He enjoyed family get-togethers, drag racing, flat track racing, camping, hunting, fishing, and telling stories of the past. He especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. Pat will be dearly missed by his family.
He and Doris Gray were married in 1960. They later divorced. He and Sheri Fugate were married. She preceded him in death. In 2004, he and Roxanna English were married. She survives of the home.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Danny and Larry Yeoman.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, July 15, 2017 at the Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Parsons. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the funeral home.
