Patricia "Pat" Fanshaw, 72, of Parsons, died at 3:20 p.m., Saturday, February 25, 2012, at her home. She had been in failing health.
She was born November 10, 1939, in Cherryvale, Kansas to Charles Arthur and Zella Mae (Welden) Corn.
As a young girl, she grew up and attended schools in Independence where she graduated high school. Through the years she owned and maintained rental properties.
In 1966, she moved to Parsons where she had attended the First Christian and Parsons Foursquare churches. She enjoyed dancing, camping, fishing, singing, and playing the piano, accordion and organ.
She and Gary Grant Godfrey were married. He preceded her in death. She married Nicholas John Ficarella. He preceded her in death. She married Robert Bruce Fanshaw. He preceded her in death.

Fiancé – William Gatton of the home
She was preceded in death by one grandson, Michael King.
Following cremation, no services are scheduled at this time. The Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Parsons is in charge of arrangements.
