Peter Ronald "Ron" Samson, 60, of Parsons, died at 12:31 p.m., Sunday, November 18, 2007, at Labette Health. He had been in failing health.
He was born January 18, 1947, in Pittsburg, Kansas, to Pete and Mabel (Lovely) Samson. He owned and operated his own plumbing business.
He and Mary Lucke were married November 7, 1970, in Urbana, Kansas. She preceded him in death February 12, 2007.

One Stepdaughter – Marie Phillips Parsons, KS
Four Grandchildren
Two Great-Grandchildren
One Sister - Alene Samson Olathe, KS
In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by his parents and four brothers.
Following cremation, the family will hold a private burial of ashes service at Highland Park Cemetery in Pittsburg, Kansas.
