Rebecca Ann Carter

Rebecca Ann Norburg Carter , 68, died Dec. 12, 2022, at her home in Altamont, Kan. She was born in Topeka, Kan., and had lived in southern California and Nevada before returning to Kansas in 2004. She was a 1972 graduate of Topeka West High School and had attended Colby Community College and Washburn University. She was preceded in death by her parents, Norman and Maxine Norburg, of Topeka, and her husband, Harrison (Bud) Carter, of Ramona, Calif. She leaves 12 cousins. She also leaves her companion, Doug Vogel, of the home. Cremation. Disposition of ashes and memorial service to be determined.
