Rebecca "Becky" Haverfield, 58, of Parsons, passed away on Saturday, July 27, 2019, at the Parsons State Hospital and Training Center.
On November 8, 1960, Becky was born to Kenneth and Esther "June" (Olson) Haverfield in Coffeyville, Kansas. Becky lived in the Winfield State Hospital before moving to Parsons State Hospital and Training Center. She enjoyed music and food.
Survivors Include:
Her father – Kenneth Haverfield of Shawnee, Kansas
Her mother and step-father – June Haverfield and Gene Stricker of Olathe, Kansas
One brother – Kenneth Doyle Haverfield and his wife, Len, of Lenexa, Kansas
Two nephews – Connor Doyle Haverfield and Mitchell Haverfield
One niece – Samantha "Sammy" Haverfield
There will be a memorial service for Becky at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 6, 2019 in the Parsons State Hospital and Training Center Auditorium.
Memorials are suggested to PSH & TC for a memorial in memory of Becky or St. Jude's Children's Hospital. These may be left at or mailed to Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home, P.O. Box 374, Parsons, KS 67357.
