Rhonda T. Hawkins, 56, of Parsons, died at 3:06 a.m., Monday, February 3, 2014 at Labette Health.
She was born June 13, 1957 in Amarillo, Texas to Herman Russell and Anne Juan (Wiggins) Hawkins. At the age of five, she moved with her family to Wichita. Rhonda had been a resident at the Parsons State Hospital and Training Center since the age of eleven.
She loved her stuffed animals.
Survivors include her mother, Anne Vaught and her husband, Robert, of Andover, Kansas.
She was preceded in death by her father, Herman Hawkins.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Parsons. No services are planned at this time.
