Richard Almus Davis, 71, of St. Paul, died at 9:45 a.m., Tuesday, January 8, 2013, at Girard Medical Center.
He was born November 18, 1941, in Bolivar, Missouri, to Jess Harrison and Nellie May (Craft) Davis. As a young boy, he grew up in Bolivar until moving to Kansas with his family. He resided at the Winfield State Hospital and Training Center from 1970 through 1977. He then lived at Hardtner, Kansas, the Parsons State Hospital and Training Center, Living Skills and most recently Connections in St. Paul.
He enjoyed playing with trucks, wrestling, and playing catch with Nerf balls. He especially enjoyed teasing people.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and three sisters.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, January 10, 2013, at Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Parsons. Burial will be in Moran Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 9:00 a.m., until service time on Thursday.
