Ricky D. Martin, 61, longtime resident of Oswego Health and Rehab in Oswego, passed away at 3:44 a.m., Thursday, June 27, 2019, at Mercy Hospital in Joplin, Missouri.
There will be a memorial service at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 9, 2019, at Oswego Health and Rehab, 1104 Ohio St., Oswego.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Bath-Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Chetopa.
