Robert E. "Bob" Tesh, 57, of Parsons died at 6:26 a.m., Saturday, March 14, 2015 at his home following a battle with cancer. He was born January 22, 1958, in Coffeyville, Kansas to Lawrence and Betty (Winkle) Tesh. He grew up in Coffeyville and graduated from Field Kindley High School in 1976. He then attended the American Broadcasting School in Tulsa. Bob worked as a radio Disc Jockey for 21 years at radio stations in Bartlesville, Coffeyville and Parsons. After that, he worked at SEKTAM in Coffeyville for 13 years. He moved to Parsons and has been employed at Ducommun for the past four years. Bob enjoyed all sports and was an avid Kansas State University fan. He also enjoyed music, barbequing, and spending time with his grandchildren. He first married Debbie Reynolds; they were later divorced. He then married Janine Bristow and they divorced. He married Debbie Judd on April 6, 2008 in Claremore, Oklahoma. She survives of the home. Survivors: Wife – Debbie of the home One Daughter – Renee Roberts Parsons, KS One Son – Joshua Bristow Coffeyville, KS Two Stepsons - Zach Kirkpatrick Carl Junction, MO Johnny Kirkpatrick Washburn, MO Two Stepdaughters – Heather Kirkpatrick Wyandotte, OK Misti McKenzie Washburn, MO Three grandchildren – Kelsey Hernandez, Natalie Roberts, and Michael Roberts Seven step-grandchildren – Breeze, Kayden, Riley, Khloe, Takota, Slade, and Madelyn One Brother - Larry Tesh Parsons, KS Two Sisters – Cheryl White Coffeyville, KS Marsha Graham Mt. Pleasant, SC He was preceded in death by his father, mother, stepfather, Clifford Hall; and one sister, Janet Downing. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at Center Bethel Union Church, rural Parsons. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Parsons. The family will receive friends from 7-8:00 p.m., Tuesday, at the Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Parsons. Memorial contributions may be made to the Cancer Center of Kansas at Labette Health or Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice. These may be left at or mailed to the Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home, P.O.
