Robert D. Cruz, 47, of Parsons, passed away the afternoon of Friday, December 18, 2020, at his home.
Robert Dungca Cruz was born on January 23, 1973, to Roy Vincent and Elizabeth Pablo (Dungca) Cruz in Tamuning, Guam. He grew up and attended school in Guam, where he graduated high school.
As a young man, he lived in Las Vegas, Nevada, for a time. He later moved to Parsons and had worked at Country Mart and then King Cash Saver as a stocker.
His greatest joy came from spending time with his family. He also enjoyed fishing and was an avid Raiders football fan.
On February 18, 2015, he and LeeAnn Basoco were united in marriage in Miami, Oklahoma. She survives of the home.

His father – Roy Cruz, Sr. of San Francisco, California
One brother – Roy Cruz, Jr. of Parsons, Kansas
One sister – Connie Cruz of Las Vegas, Nevada
He was preceded in death by his mother and one brother, John Cruz.
No service is planned at this time. Cremation is under the direction of the Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home of Parsons.
