Robert Diggs, 56, a resident of the Parsons State Hospital &
Training Center in Parsons, Kansas, died at 4:05 p.m., Tuesday, January 30, 2007 at the Labette County Medical Center in Parsons.
Survivors include an uncle, Robert Martin of Columbus, Ohio and a cousin, Mary Thomas, Canal Winchester, Ohio.
Following cremation, the family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
