Roberta Patton

Roberta F. Patton, 89, of Parsons, passed away at 5:45 p.m., Sunday, December 19, 2021, at Good Samaritan Society in Parsons.

Roberta Frances Patterson was born on November 17, 1932, to Sherman and Alberta (O'Neal) Patterson in Puxico, Missouri.  She grew up and attended school in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, graduating from Poplar Bluff High School.

For many years, Roberta worked at the Parsons State Hospital & Training Center.

Roberta and Dale Patton were united in marriage.  He preceded her in death on July 9, 2005.

Survivors include:

Four sons – Bob Patton, Greg Patton, Jeff Patton and Tim Patton

One daughter – Joy Misner

Ten grandchildren – John Patton, Timmy Patton, Derek Patton, Patrick Patton, Dakota Patton, Adrea Johnson, Freyja Catton, Michael Thompson, Jennifer Thompson, and Jacob Thompson

One sister – LaDawn Treece of Center Ridge, Arkansas

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Dale; and one grandson, Preston Patton.

No service has been planned at this time.  Cremation is under the direction of Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home of Parsons.
