Roger D. Green, 46, of rural Mound Valley, died at 4:07 p.m., Friday, June 13, 2008, at Labette Health in Parsons.
He was born September 13, 1961, in Parsons, to Earl and Jo Ann (Rose) Green. He grew up in Parsons where he attended elementary schools and later Parsons High School.
Through the years he worked at Parsons Auto Parts and Salvage and County Line Auto Salvage in Coffeyville.
On June 13, 1992, he and Kimberly Curnutte were married at the Mound Valley Christian Church. She survives of the home.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and attending rummage sales. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family. He was a member of the Mound Valley Christian Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Joe Green.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Monday, June 16, 2008, at Bath-Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Altamont. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
