Ronald D. "Ron" Foreman, 68, of Ottumwa, Iowa, and formerly of Oswego, passed away at 10:20 p.m., November 18, 2020, at Ridgewood Specialty Care in Ottumwa.
He was born on August 16, 1952, to John Clarence and Lela (Wheeler) Foreman in Oswego. Ron had managed the Mr. Quick's in Ottumwa until it closed and then he worked at Cargill Meat Solutions. He enjoyed fishing and Tae Kwon Do.
On June 21, 1980, Ron and JoAnn Hyde were united in marriage. She survives of the home.

Two sons – Kevin Foreman and Larry Matthues
Three grandchildren – Dakota Foreman, Breanna Foreman, and Kelsie Matthues
One great-grandchild – Phoenix Thomas
Four brothers – Leroy Foreman, John Foreman, Grady Foreman, and Billy Foreman
He was preceded in death by his parents; a great-granddaughter, Cloe Chandler; two brothers, Jack Foreman and Gerald Foreman; and one sister, Betty Jean.
There will be a graveside service at 11:00 a.m., June 19, 2021, at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Altamont. The service is under the direction of the Bath-Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home of Altamont.
