Ronald K. Kendricks, Jr., 35, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and formerly of Parsons, Kansas, died Sunday evening, April 19, 2015 in Parsons.
He was born December 10, 1979 in Parsons, Kansas to Ronald K. Kendricks, Sr. and Lovey L. Dunn. He grew up and attended schools in Parsons and Topeka. He then attended Intellitec College in Colorado Springs, Colorado where he earned his Associate of Arts degree in HVAC. Following graduation, he worked as a journeyman in Oklahoma City.
He was a member of Nation of Islam in Oklahoma City. He enjoyed movies, reading, fishing, gardening, baking, martial arts, and speaking to his fellow brothers.
He and Katrina Hartwell were married on April 9, 2010 in Colorado Springs. She survives.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Eleanor L. and Jesse Dunn, Cassie Mae Mosley, and J.V. Sanders.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, April 25, 2015 at the Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Parsons. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7-8:00 p.m., Friday, at the funeral home.
