Rosetta J. Wilson, 61, of Parsons, passed away on Saturday, January 16, 2021, at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas.
Rosetta J. Hopkins was born on January 17, 1959, to Clay Willie and Betty Louise (Thomas) Hopkins in Parsons, Kansas. As a young girl, she grew up and attended school in Parsons.
A lifelong Parsons resident, over the years Rosetta had worked at Adventure Line, Coastal Mart, Quick Stop. She was most recently a patient caregiver for SKIL.
On January 21, 1977, Rosetta and Ronald L. Webb were united in marriage. He preceded her in death on October 11, 1997. She and Ronald L. Wilson were united in marriage on August 31, 2002. He survives of the home.

Bret Hodgden and his wife, Amber, of Parsons, Kansas
Ten grandchildren – Andrew Jones; Shaila Gamblian; Breana Harris; Franchesca Wilson; Joel Schultz; Nikalus Hall; Joseph Shallington; Justin Yardley; Cortney Wilson and Steven Anderson
Four great-grandchildren
One brother – Lloyd Malick and his wife, Virginia, of Parsons, Kansas
Two sisters – Rebekah Ghering of Parsons, Kansas
Brenda Lumm and her husband, Gary, of Parsons, Kansas
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ronald L. Webb; one grandson, R.J. Wilson; two brothers; four sisters; and her best friend, Stephanie Mansfield.
There will be a graveside service at 10:00 a.m., Friday, January 21, 2021, at Springhill Cemetery in Parsons. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, at the Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Parsons. The funeral service can be viewed live on the Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home Facebook page. For all events, social distancing guidelines will be followed, including the requirement of face masks.
