Roxford "Rocky" Phelps, 57, of Parsons, Kansas, died at 11:26 p.m., Sunday, October 7, 2012, at Labette Health in Parsons.
He was born November 14, 1954, in Salina, Kansas, to Harold Wesley and Marcella Margaret (Griffin) Phelps. He was currently residing at the Parsons State Hospital and Training Center.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Greg Phelps.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, October 12, 2012, at Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Parsons, Kansas. The family will receive friends from 7-8:00 p.m., Thursday, at the funeral home. Private graveside services will be held Saturday, October 13, 2012, at Lincoln City Cemetery in Lincoln, Kansas.
