Samuel L. "Sam" Shaffer, 87, formerly of Parsons, passed away Tuesday, December 22, 2020, at Senior Suites Healthcare Nursing Home in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his wife, Violet, on April 29, 2020.
