Susan J. Thomas

Susan J. Thomas, 62, of Parsons, passed away at 4:23 p.m., Saturday, July 15, 2017 at Labette Health in Parsons.

She was born April 20, 1955 in Parsons, Kansas to Charles Alfred and Margaret Jane (Baker) Anders. She grew up and attended school in Parsons where she graduated from Parsons High School.

In the past, she had worked in housekeeping at the former Townsman Motel in Parsons.

She enjoyed beadwork, yarn work, and drawing.

One Daughter – Jackie Pizzo                           Cherryvale, KS

Two Grandchildren – Alexandria Thomas and Vinnie Castorena

Two Brothers – Chester Brown                        Milwaukee, WI

David Brown                                                  South Coffeyville, OK

One Sister – Shirley Fraker                             Parsons, KS

She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Jim Brown; and one granddaughter, Becca Thomas.

Following cremation, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
