Terri Ann Pollmiller, 62, of Parsons, passed away at 7:35 a.m., Sunday, April 8, 2018 at her home.
She was born June 4, 1955 in Kansas City, Missouri to Walter and Helen Lorraine (Ashlock) Whitworth. At the age of four, Terri was raised by her adoptive parents, George and Hattie Chandler. In 1973, Terri graduated from Washington High School in Kansas City, Kansas and later earned an Associate degree in Accounting from Kansas City Kansas Community College.
On August 22, 1975, she and Gary L. Pollmiller were married in Kansas City, Kansas. After marriage, the couple moved to Parsons where Terri served as Administrative Assistant to the City Manager from 1994-2001; was employed by Labette Health from October of 2001 to October of 2004 in Quality Improvement/Risk Management; and served as District Administrator for Rotary District 6110 from 2004-2017. Terri was a Paul Harris Fellow of The Rotary Foundation.
She was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Parsons where she was Assistant Coordinator of CCD classes for 15 years. Terri enjoyed sewing, quilting, crocheting, cross-stitching, other needle crafts, cooking, and making peanut brittle as gifts for her family and friends.

One Son – Sean K. Pollmiller and his wife, Melanie, of Parsons, KS
One Daughter – Michelle A. Smith and her husband, Donald "Paul" Smith of Alba, MO
Three Grandsons – Christian Piland, Jacob P. Smith, and Riley A. Smith
She was preceded in death by her parents.
The memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 21, 2018 at the Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Parsons where the family will receive friends immediately following the service. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. The rosary will be prayed at 7:00 p.m., Friday, April 20 th , at the funeral home. The family will receive friends at 7:30 p.m., Friday, at the funeral home immediately following the rosary.
